These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the iFits mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by iFits (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Use of the Service
iFits helps you discover gyms, request memberships, check in via attendance features, book classes, and receive updates. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to:
- Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Interfere with another user’s use of the Service.
4. Gyms and Third Parties
Gyms listed on iFits are independent businesses. Memberships, payments, schedules, facilities, and services are provided by those gyms, not by iFits. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, or quality of services delivered by any gym or third party.
5. Payments
Any membership fees or payments you make are governed by the terms of the relevant gym. iFits does not process consumer payments on behalf of gyms unless explicitly stated, and is not liable for transactions between you and a gym.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as photos and comments). By submitting content, you grant iFits a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by iFits and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Fitness activities carry inherent risks; consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise programme.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFits will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from interactions with gyms or other users.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
